Hot on the heels of the launch of its latest Hold the Jackpot title and online casino software provider Wazdan Ltd. has made its Switzerland debut, having partnered with Zürich-based operator Swiss Casinos.
The new collaboration has enabled the Swiss operator’s online interest, Casino Zürichsee, to enhance its lobby with a selection of its top-performing games, including player favorites 9 Tigers, Great Book of Magic Deluxe, Lucky Reels, Magic Stars 3 and the fruit slot with comic book flair, Infinity Hero.
Enabling certification:
In October 2020, Wazdan had 15 of its top titles, including the five mentioned above, certified for Switzerland as it prepared to enter the online market. The slot supplier had already secured the necessary ISO 27001 certification in keeping with its commitment to maintaining the highest levels of regulatory compliance.
Other market-ready titles include Choco Reels and Black Horse Deluxe, both of which were released earlier in 2020.
Lauded as “another milestone,” the latest deal marks the Valletta-headquartered game developer’s first collaboration in the Central European country following the fall 2020 certification.

Commenting on the market entry and the new tie-up, Chief Commercial Officer for Wazdan, Andrzej Hyla, said in a company press release…

Swiss Casinos, which since the 1970s has operated under the umbrella of Swiss Casinos Holding AG, is the only 100 percent Swiss-owned casino business in Switzerland. In addition to its online brand, the company is the sole shareholder in Casinos Pfäffikon, Schaffhausen and Zurich, and holds a 98% majority in Casino St. Gallen, land-based casinos.

Switzerland is the latest market to take Wazdan’s expansive global slots offering, with its games currently certified in numerous jurisdictions including the UK, Spain, Sweden, Romania and Portugal.
U.S. market debut:
Most recently, the slots specialist received a transactional waiver from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (NJDGE) in preparation for its debut in the United States via the Garden State.
The approval will see a selection of Wazdan’s award-winning online and mobile games go live in New Jersey, including some of its most popular games such as Larry the Leprechaun, Magic Fruits Deluxe, Power of Gods: The Pantheon, and others.
