Two of the largest gaming machines manufactures in Spain have reportedly announced that they will be merging so as to be better able to exploit a host of coming domestic and international opportunities.

The company also purportedly manufactures a large array of casino equipment and systems such as roulette, slot, bingo and poker games in addition to its omni-channel Iris management platform.
