RAW iGaming Limited, Malta-based online casino games developer, bought Spigo’s full asset portfolio following its recent Sapphire Gaming purchase, this time from globally recognized content provider, Lady Luck Games AB, to improve and upgrade its casual games. The acquisition was officially completed and announced on November 11th, 2022.

With this latest purchase, RAW iGaming Limited attained its goal of transforming one more gaming vertical, beside slot games. Spigo’s full asset portfolio transaction includes all casual games, customers, and platforms created by the company. Its self-developing, non-traditional portfolio consists of premium casual games such as Yatzy, Backgammon, Solitare, Match 3, slot games, and B2B services for operators.
